Not impressed with the packaging, fit and finish or the assembly instructions. The box is taped together, tape was falling off the cardboard, the delivery driver must of had fun trying to keep everything together. When I started pulling the pieces out of the box to lay out for assembly a spring shot across the room, I found out later that the spring was part of the door hinge on one side, found the spring and then found the retention clip loose in the box. Lots of areas where the black paint was not sprayed on well. Would not buy it again, racks from Startech are far better.

Item I received seems to be new, was in package which was a bit damaged … However, the item inside had many marks of damage, some parts was bent… Luckily the glass was ok… Cabinet by itself is nice but delivery issue must be addressed…
