the item came damaged, one of the grids is broken, and it looks like it's a factory defect.

Its already broken. The cover ripped and its a bad design because its all made with detachable plastic connections. I have another ones that kind of folds up and is all metal. A much better design.

Cette serre ne reste pas en place si il y a du vent. 1er essai avec des pots pesant en terre cuite remplis de terre sur chaque tablettes, il tombe et fait des bris, des pertes de plantes et du dégât. 2ième essai j'ai mis un bloc en béton pour abri d'hiver, il tombe encore et fait encore du dégât. 3ième essai j'ai installé 2 blocs en béton pour en venir a bout qu'il se tient tout seul (voir photo). Non, je ne recommande pas ce produit.
