I bought four writing desks, but one of them came defective. The box was damaged on the outside and when we opened the package we could see that the table was damaged too (photos attached). I contacted support and was informed that all items tagged CLEARANCE may not be returned or exchanged as all purchases are final on clearance items. This is absurd!!! After all, the ad does not make it clear that the product may have defects so serious as to make it unusual. Also, the clearance continues. Therefore, the items were not discontinued as reported by the company.

The desk got broken when we were moving it from one room to another one. Very poor quality.
