I just got this last week, this sharpener is amazing !! Just stick the pencil in the hole, press down and it sharpens the pencil and stops when it’s done. Easy to clean too. Just pull up on the lid and it’s open for dumping out the shavings.

What an amazing little machine! Bought this during Black Friday sale since the price was so attractive. Not only does it sharpen each pencil perfectly every time (no broken leads, no "wood" points, no jams), but the added cherry on top (for me) is that the waste bin is quite large. So I've used it for a month now before my first time emptying it. I'd definitely recommend this product - even at regular price.

As its name implies, it auto-stopped. It's jammed, I'm unable to unjam it, and so it doesn't work anymore. Fortunately, this company stands behind its products, so I'm looking forward to my refund, just like on other rare occasions I've had a defective product from them.

Bought a package of 4, 2 of them doesn't work. Customer service asks many questions for the return, and my last reply was on Apr 19th, and haven't heard anything back. Today is Apr 25th.
