I purchased this along with the expandable cutlery try to insure to occupy as much of my kitchens odd drawer sizes, and it worked quite successfully. While a few more possible knife slots would have been nice, for the combined price, these two items helped ease my OCD need for order :) Good build quality and a nice color match between the two items.

We are enjoying the new knife block that we recently purchased. The block fits nicely into our drawer. Th block is made of wood, bamboo I believe, and is very hard so it will last a long time. It appears to me of good construction. The knife block was delivered quickly and came within a few days of purchase. It appears to be of good value, Other offerings of the same product showed a higher price, especially when shipping was added.
