Product arrived in flimshy box which was so battered and the parts to hang utensils all broken.

Just got it today. Haven't used it. It does look cool. But one bamboo hanger came broken. It is a clearance product, so worth the price, but return is not an option. I just hope I didn't get a defective one.

I thought it came with accessories, it doesn't, but I've made it into a jewelry holder for my necklaces and bracelets. Great Price!

its well built but the base doesn't grip at all and the utensils fall off when spun.

The quality is good, but it's too tall, cannot put on the countertop under the kitchen cabinet.

I've been looking for a rotating bamboo utensil holder, so I ordered this one right away when I saw it here. Unfortunately it was received damaged. The pegs were broken off during the shipment already. Can't use this item in my kitchen. :(
