Great, large hamper. - Once one bag is full, it's the perfect size for one load in our 4.8 cu ft washer. - No instructions included; don't use the video, the correct instructions are the photos in the listing. - The velcro holding the bags in place in the corners are adequate, but sometimes a full bag will fall down if we didn't secure each velcro strip. Wish the velcro went completely around the opening.

The laundry bin is quite nice in terms of its quality and size. Wasn’t expecting it to be so big. The lid is heavy for the Velcro to hold, it properly but if one is placing the bin against the wall it should be fine. The internal supporting structure is quite sturdy and overall the bin looks good. Also, kudos to living.ca for prompt deliveries and sturdy packaging, which I found better than Amazon.
