Very sturdy. Gave it 4 out of 5 simply because the bottom piece that you balance on is made out of hard plastic and is slippery unless you put it on a mat of some kind. Would have been better with a hard rubber base.

Needed a good balance board since its hard to get to the gym with COVID. The price is great and it functions quite well. The grip is good for shoes and the smaller size is great for storage.
