nice piece of equipment. A challenge to stay balanced on it. Low enough to the ground that you don't have to worry about breaking an ankle. As a senior you do want to make sure you have a wall or something close by.

Fairly well made. On the stable side of balancing board types (I've used other balance boards that tips much easier, and I don't think my balance improved that much).
