      Great value for the price, if you are new the hula hooping I suggest you watch a quick tutorial video on YouTube. My technique was a little off and it was painful where the “waves” of the hoop were hitting my stomach.

              Too bulky and found it difficult to use. But then again I am out of practice. Would have preferred a thinner and lightly hoop.
