I used for 3 months and the spray mode is not working well, water dripped from some of the holes, not all holes in spray format.

It's second time we buy this product. Buy 10 items, just open first package ( did not open others, maybe need return), find finishing damaged. (Pictures attached) Details need improve. How to use this?

The faucet looks good and works, however, I had a leak in the inlet line within a few weeks. Quite an onerous process to prove defective takes at least two weeks and what am I supposed to do with a leaking faucet. Found customer support is quite poor and guesses that's what you get for the cheap price. If it works you getting a nice deal but as they say get what you pay for.
