The item broke when tightened during installation because the metal was very thin!

couldn't use this product because of overflow opening. You don't carry one to exchange and I didn't want the hassle of returning it.

Installed and leaks badly. The pipe shown is actually two parts and one part threads just below the Larger thread shown. They come apart or loosen when tightening the brass ring and it is impossible to get a seal. If you are going to but this anyway use lots of tape and silicone.
