We have 4 units and they all work the same: The cup fills inconsistently (sometimes only half full) coffee grinds are travelling back into the water reservoir somehow. the water builds up inside the unit, so never sure how much to add. Difficult to clean. for the price I cant complain much but i would never buy this brand again.

Having to return it. Just got it won’t turn on. Did everything says to do.

To get a full cup a coffee I need to do it twice. Which coffee maker does that obviously this one not recommended.

Zero ....crappy product .doesn't work...awaiting refund . .poured in water, kept shutting off . .it gave me half a cup of water....want my money back ..awaiting refund process ....looks fancy but a hunk of junk.
