I travel a lot and bought this to take with me to use in hotels. For the price, this is good value. The instructions could be a little clearer. The one fault I have found is that the lid holds a fair amount of water. When leaving somewhere, I want to have no water anywhere in the item. To ensure there is no water remaining means going through the process of: - Lift the lid - some water pours into the reservoir - Empty what is in the reservoir - Close the lid - Lift the lid - some water pours into the reservoir - Empty what is in the reservoir This process goes on, and on, and on until (fully?) empty! I don't want any water being in this when it's packed away, so this exercise is very tiresome. If this product could provide better emptying, I would give it 5 stars (flags).

Its a basic model with one measure only. Its good and practical. I wish I could empty the water completely after using but some stay inside the pump mechanism.

I like the look. Maybe I haven't fully figured it out yet ...does seem to be hotter than my other brand and that is what I have been looking for.

I bought this for the size and simplicity. It is definitely basic. For the price, it makes a hot cup of coffee and includes adapters for pods or filling your own pod. However, there is no adjustment for amount of coffee and it is inconsistent. Filling the water is difficult since there is no window so there is no way to know if there is enough water for the second cup. Original one left grounds in cup but excellent customer service resolved the issue quickly.
