Brother TN760 DR730 Compatible Toner Cartridge and Drum Combo - Moustache®
I just replaced the Drum with this but I used only like not even 20 pages printing but it says "Replace Drum".
I have used this product in the past. The toner is fine but the delivery by UPS is horrendous. I still don't have the shipment. It keeps getting rescheduled by UPS. Ordered May 23 and still no delivery date as of April 2.
J'ai reçu un tambour au lieu de la cartouche par erreur de commande. J'ai voulu le retourner le lendemain, mais le service à la clientèle ont refusé malgré qu'il n'a jamais utilisé et ce n'est pas un objet consommable. J'ai perdu 50$ sans rien avoir en contre partie.
L'imprimante ( DCP-L2550DW) ne reconnait pas la «cartouche».
This has been an issue since I replaced it. It photocopies so light you can't read the copy. When I contacted customer support via chat I spoke with "Kenza" who was arrogant and rude due the fact that I am in an office setting without access to a camera to be able to take a photo of the poor quality copying that has been since the replacement. Her response was "you don't work all day". No Kenza I don't and I don't work for free so I cannot do it when I am home. When I got transferred to a super he suggested that I meant to order a toner and not a drum .... no sir, I replaced my toner over a month ago. Thank you, I'll NOT be repurchasing from this company again, from the support alone.
I recently bought a 3 pak of the Moustache TN-760 toner (with chip) in Feb and the toner did not perform very well.....1/3 of the page was very shaded...even after I shook the toner cartridge, cleaned the corona wire and tried again. The cartridges were very messy...toner everywhere. This was consistent with all 3. I print so much I thought I would try to order 1 more time and reordered 6 weeks ago (with chip). I tried changing my toner cartridge tonight and the LCD display say cannot detect - put the toner cartridge back in. I opened up a 2nd cartridge and and got the same message. I reinstalled 2 old Brother original toner cartridges that I had not recycled yet and it worked just fine in recognizing there was a toner cartridge (although they were empty). I tried reinstalling the moustache cartridges and it said again, cannot detect. Has anyone else had this problem?? Needless to say I am filthy, my desk is filthy, my chair pad is filthy and I am unable to print my work until I can get another order delivered in 7 to 10 days time. Any suggestions on settings etc that may help?
