    We've (3 person office) been using HP products for 25 years and never a problem. This one was a snap to hook-up and runs solid. Scan reproduction doesn't seem as clear the our L7780 ink Jet printer but, haven't bothered to look into it as it's not enough to be a concern. Same footprint as the 3600N LaserJet it is replacing! Very satisfied :)
