great vbalue and fast delivery

Looks good and was delivered quickly unfortunately this will not work in my Brother printer...it will not recognize the cartridge as it is not a Brother product.

Ordered 3 cartridges and put the first one into my printer. Printing was gray and pale. Cleaned the print heads in my printer three times and printing remained the same -still unreadable. Removed the cartridge and put different one in and printing was fine. Looks like I got a bad cartridge very disappointing because I’ve used these cartridges before and they’ve always worked well. Hopefully the remaining ones work well.

High price

The cartridge does not have the mechanism to click in as the original cartridge does that came with the printer. It did not click in and did not print properly until I cleaned and did nozzle clean. It works now (so far, but I still have an error icon (can't tell it looks so small) on ink level display on my J491DW printer. I have attached a photo of difference. Maybe the LC3011 (lower Capacity) click in (I don't know).

I have had good success with these cartridges but with another Brother printer. My current printer MFC-J491DW does not appear to be reading the ink levels correctly, or realize that a new cartridge has been inserted. The literature on your website and on my invoice state "With Chip" so I assumed this Chip would counter the problems mentioned above, but no luck. I have a black cartridge in the printer now with lots of ink, but it keeps giving me the message that the toner is low and my printer needs attention. I have so far been ignoring this message as it is still printing fine.
