The product is fine. Your shipping needs improvement. My shipping address was to a rural mailbox. So you shipped it by Canpar . They had no clue what to do with it. Not even calling me at the contact number. So they returned it to you as undeliverable. Maybe you should let your customers know that you don't ship to rural mailboxes. A little bit pissed, could have been a better experience.

I have had no issues with these Moustache compatible ink cartridges for my printer. one of the cartridges i just ordered is already in use in my printer. i noticed a change in the packaging on this order and is slightly larger than the old ones but the product itself works the same.

Belles couleurs. Il y a longtemps que j'utilise ces cartouches et pour une première fois, cette cartouche a coulé dans mon imprimante. C'est d'ailleurs pour cette raison que j'ai acheté celle-ci à nouveau.
