I got porch pirated. I reordered this through Amazon. Their delivery company generates an e-mail when delivered, so I have opportunity to recover my package before it is stolen. It would be nice if Canpar (and this company) would engineer the same.

One package had been opened and the ink spilled out. Another cartridge would not seat properly - likely a bad chip. Shoppers seemed reluctant to replace them but did. I don't like dealing with firms who don't readily stand behind shoddy product, but I will give them another chance.
