    Product works well and price was reasonable but UPS shipping was a nightmare. Address label was perfect but driver claims couldn't find how to locate the receiver so he left with the package. Checking tracking status I spotted a problem & called dispatch and asked why he had a problem when the name + apt # + buzzer code included. After checking label online they agreed with me and sent the driver back. Typical UPS type of service.
