The screws are great. Bear in mind that stainless steel is softer than a normal deck screw and will bend if it encounters too much resistance. I now predrill to avoid that. Also use a drill, not an impact driver to prevent stripping the head.

Great valve for a very good product. Use them on lobster traps that are in salt water all the time or outside for wi ter storage. Years later they still are not rusted. Thank you for a great deal.
