bad quality. would not recommend

I find this product after purchasing it twice now, to be far to faint print right from the start and does not last very long.

It was great for the first 20 to 25 pages that I printed them printed gave message that there was no toner and would not work. I have submitted a ticket and have not as yet received follow up.

This ink is terrible. It comes out incredibly faded-looking. It's hard to read even though it's a brand new cartridge. I followed all the instructions. Very frustrating waste of money.

Neither worked. Trying to get a refund - with difficulty. Having been a customer for years and never returning and item...I'm disappointed that my request for a refund is being met with questions and requests for examples of how the cartridges are not working.
