Looks nice and shoots water as expected. However, there is constant slow leak at the connection between the T valve and the toilet. I tried many different sizes of rubber o-ring washers (both in package and my own), used Teflon tapes, tightened as much as I could without compromising threads. I kept trying different approaches thinking that it was user installation error but don't think so anymore. I connected the connection from main water line to the toilet, and as I expected, no leaks.

didn't receive complete package. The box was open and stuffs were missing.

dont order. bunch of liars. i ordered Never got my order and contacted their live chat customer service. keep promising to look into it and Never done anything. i asked for a reimbursement they never answered. their customer service number is in USA and number doesnt work. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE CROOKS

The product itself is well made but is very difficult to use. The water that goes to the toilet is usually cold water so this thing becomes practically unusable in the winter as the water is too cold. Better off spending a bit more and getting the one that can be put into the seat and has both hot and cold water. Overall, the build and price of this product is great, usability, though, no so much.

Wtf I ordered 4 pcs of this item, its says there is a soft flow and jet flow. Non of this has this option. You send me a junk and not my ordered. Wasting my money.
