Does not stay clipped on vent. I requested a return for this before covif, was anything done?

Very disappointed in the low quality. Looks very similar to other mounts I've used in the past, thought it would be just as good. So I bought a few of them for myself and my family. Regretfully these mounts are horrible. The clip does not hold sturdy to the vent and the ball clip is very weak and loose, it will not hold your phone in position. Its fallen off on numerous occasion while driving and while its still attached to the vent its flopping every direction while I'm driving. I thought it was the one I used however it was the same thing in my wife's car, my brother's and my dad's.

The phone holder for this is excellent and holds very well. The mount to the vent was not well made. It does not hold strongly and the whole mount will fall off if your car hits a bump hard enough. The lack of horizontal supports on the back also make the holder extremely wobbly even if it doesn't fall off. I had a previous mount with horizontal side supports that make it extremely stable and would solve all these problems. If the mount is redesigned, I would buy the product immediately.

way too flimsy, it can't hold the weight of my P20 pro... always fall out. not worth the price, waste of money.
