This is the second time I have ordered this cartridge. Unfortunately the second one did not work and I contacted customer support. I received a message that the device will be replaced. Great to know that you can depend on having a product that truly lasts long. I have already put a double order through to have the toner cartridges in my inventory... Once the present cartridge ends I will place another order... Hard to find well prices supplies when you need them... I have gotten behind in my work due to products OUT OF STOCK...
