Have been using this brand/model toner a number of times in the past 6 months, and generally it has been performing satisfactorily. However, all the compatible toners (total 7 units: 3xBlack, 2xCyan, 2xMagenta) in my last order were all smearing ink on the printout as well as inside the printer. Returned all 7 units. Hopefully, this is only a manufacturing defect in this batch.

ne fonctionne pas et j'essaie d'appeler il me dise un retour dans la journée et on est rendu le lendemain et toujours pas de nouvelle sa fait plusieurs fois que j'appel
