Quality product as always, been buying my ink here for years. However, this is the first time that the shipping was terrible. Usually the order ships the next day, this time it was 8 days before shipping and then 4 more days for delivery. Not the quick service I have received in the past.

Shipping package damaged by shipper. Hopefully the ink will work properly although individual boxes are slightly crumbled.

I had a problem with the extra high yield black cartridge which kept skipping when printing. All the other cartridges were fine.

It is a bit hard to get these cartridges to start. It takes several tries before my Canon TR7520 accepts them. Once they start they are OK.
