Crappy, low quality, defective when arrived.

I recently received my order with 2 of the 8.5 in LCD drawing boards and neither one of them works. I unlocked it to erase the marks it had on it when I opened it but it would not erase. So I'm going to have to return them both and hope it doesn't cost me fees for something that is not my fault. By the way, I don't hate it (one star suggests that), it just didn't work and my grandkids were very disappointed especially after how long it took to be delivered.
