Easy assembly, but finis product is wobbly especially the top shelve. The slightest touch makes it move/shake dropping a pen or removing a pen from one of the compartment makes it move/shake. Some rubberized or felt material at the bottom would also be good because the tray moves and slides across my desk.

Absolutely terrible quality control. First, the slots in which the first and second tiers connect don't even line up. I had to force-stretch the slots to fit each other. Then, the top sorter section slips into the "buckle lock" but doesn't sit flat so it wobbles very blatantly every time you touch it or place pens/stuff into it. This organizer isn't even worth half of what I'd paid for it. Not happy with purchase, would not buy again.
