I was shipped a near empty box! Thought it was light when it arrived, opened it up (and the Canada Post bag it was shipped in was intact) and found an orange allen key screwdriver, part of the suction cup base, an empty bag, a twist-tie and an elastic! Definitely would not purchase again! Tried the inquire link for this order in My Account and "I'm not authorized for this helpdesk".
