My order has not been received. You send me the wrong toner cartridges and I had to return them. My communication with your customer service was very poor. It took 3 days to receive a reply and another 2 days to tell me what to do. It has been 4 days since I sent back the package and still no toner for my printer. I have been your customer for some time but this experience will make me look somewhere else for toner. Steve Elefteros
