If I could give one star for this product I would. I don’t normally write reviews but I thought I would warn those who are thinking of purchasing it to not bother with this item. The first one they shipped to us 6/15 bulbs were working. Contacted support and they sent me a prepaid stamp and a replacement as well. I wanted a replacement instead of a credit as the lights looks great (or so I thought). Replacement came, this time, NONE OF THE LIGHTS WERE WORKING! It was not my plug because I made sure that our outlet was working fine first and I even tested our fan to make sure there is nothing wrong on our end. Still, NO LIGHTS TURNED ON. I just contacted them again via email and this time to ask for a full refund. Such a shame as the shipping is fast and by looking at it, it seems like a great light. I just wish they were working. I think they should do a better checks on their product before sending them out to avoid these types of hassles.

wow nothing to hang them up with and DEFINITELY NOT AS SHOWN in pictures.I contacted support to ask what to use to hang them to a gazebo and the answer was to hang them from the top?????? Un believable

These were brighter than expected and the bulbs are glass, not plastic. I contacted the company to return the product because there was no easy return option on this site. After many emails requesting pictures of my return item before they would approve it, they agreed to accept a return but charged me a restocking fee. I begrudgingly agreed and sent the item back. Just received an email now saying my returned shipment did not match the order number that was sent! I’m beyond frustrated with this company’s process. I guess I will have to wait and see if I actually get any of my money back at all for three boxes of lights.

bought these on sale 3 months ago ..didn't need them until today so i never bothered to plug them in when i purchased them..i did look at them to make sure no broken bulbs or anything..all looked great ..cord looked heavy duty..well today i finally set them up for the event that i bought them for and they don't work at all...hoping the manufacturer or somebody will make this right..very disappointed here
