Perfect. Easy to use, install and manage. Goes in, works. All are happy. Sadly we had some issues with non-oem black carts and of course, going back to oem... and they just work.

When comparing this Genuine product from Epson to that of third party refill products, there does seem to be quite a difference in cost (regardless of where you buy it), but where I had issues with those other cartridges, this product worked perfectly and brought a printer in question back to life. It's been working great and I will likely be re-buying the same in the future.

I’ve not used this cartridge yet but the price was great especially when compared to what the local stores are charging where I live. It will be going into my Epson printer as soon as my present cartridge is out of ink.
