Does not work in printer anymore, after firmware update, very poor service from 123ink dont fall for the warranty they dont honor it

The product doesn't work and I lost my few clients because it quit in the middle where it's showing on computer screen full ink,, just work for few pages

If you like playing Russian roulette, then you'll love this cartridge! Because you never know which of these is actually going to work! (sad laugh). Don't waste your time and money thinking you can save money by getting these... they have been nothing but a headache and unreliable. As much as I cringe at the price of Brother brand cartridges, at least I never have an issue with them (thus far).

This is my first time trying this Moustache toner but I am very disappointed about the quality of the printing. I am using the original Brother color toners but Moustache black toner. I have tried printing a few pages but there are random horizontal black lines running across the pages. I have then changed the Brother black toner back and the printout is perfect. I am not sure if I am the only one having this problem but I won't recommend this product to anyone.
