meets my needs, but wish packaging was minimized.

ok for a 28AWG cable, be aware certification is on the package not on the individual cable so the cable may not be true 48Gbps

It's not too stiff so you can bend it relatively easily for cable management. It's also a true HDMI 2.1 cable that allows for 4K 120Hz HDR at 12 bit colour and all the shebang. The 4/5 is for the HDMI certification tag that didn't lead to a fully detailed certification but just the certification without any details to confirm it is the right product.
