    We just replaced ink and drum and the colour is terrible. It looks like it is about to run out. Very poor quality

      Print quality is poor. Anything I print looks distorted and blurry.

              Never buying it again. If you look closely at photo, it is marked as being TN221 and NOT TN223. Today went to change the toner with this one, and right off the bat, I notice the handle is not positioned the same (1st clue that it's wrong), then the printer does not even pick up the toner cartridge and when I compare to the others, it is noticeably different. Unfortunetely, I ordered it when the printer asked and that was a year ago, so can't really return it now, otherwise I would have.
