Bad quality, I had an epson printer and the color from epson is much better and vivid than Brother printers !!

BAD SERVICE, the Post Canada lose my parcel so I will have to phone the customer service to file an investigation for me, it takes nearly one week to solve the problem and in the end there is still 50% chance whether you will get the refund from them, this is messed up !!!
