Made my hair feel great. I spread the contents on the length of my hair (the best I could, my hair is long) before putting on the actual cap. I don't see how it would have worked well otherwise. This was my second purchase of the mask and when I use it again I will try to avoid getting too much of the mask near my scalp as it made my roots feel a little greasy. Did wonders for my dry Ends though.

Left my daughters hair very soft. Smells strongly like baby powder. Just takes a few steps to use the product but is worth it.
