These cartridges do not work in our printer and we would like to return them.

The colors do not seem as sharp as they normally are. I have ordered these before and always been satisfied with them. I replaced all cartridges and they seem to be faded.

The Moustache 702XL doesn't work in the Epson WF 3720 printer. The printer doesn't recognize it. Ink cartridges from other vendors work, so avoid this brand.
