    Does not work for Brother mfc-j497dw. Tried EVERYTHING could not get it to work. Save your money & save your time. Buy the original from a trusted source. This is coming from someone who is very much so frustrated with brother and their highway robbery price for their original inks. Inks are still full, printer would not recognized ink levels, does not print or copy even when trying to surpass it.

      One of the new cartridges is showing as empty when inserted. Tried trouble shooting multiple times and still does not work. Delivery time was good.

        this only printed 11 copies then stated empty. Not pleased. I was a customer of ink cartridges before they were with shoppers + and never ran into this. They had quality products but now it is a cheating company.
