My printer, Lexmark CX410de, absolutely hated this paper. I got one paper jam after another. It got so frustrating that I returned to my regular big box brand paper, and the problem stopped immediately. I don't know what it is about this paper, but I'm now stuck with 2x packs of it. I'm never loading this paper into my printer again. I guess I'll hand it to my neighbour's kid. He can make paper airplanes with it.

The shipping must have been delayed because it came almost a week after I had ordered it. My small business almost ran out of paper waiting for the shipment. I don't know why it took so long to get here as I have received other shipments in a couple of days and it seemed like something you would have in stock. When it finally arrived it came all wound up in packing tape and had been smashed around so badly that many of the packages of paper inside were broken apart when I finally was able to get the box open. It was actually more expensive than the paper I usually get at Staples too! And the paper is really nothing special. Unfortunately, due to all of these issues, I will never order paper from you again.

TOUTES les rammes de papier sont venus ouvertes, déchirés et endommagées. Le produit est arrivé dans un emballage LAMENTABLE et le livreur n'a pas même pas pris la peine de monter au premier étage (avec ascenceur) pour nous laisser notre paquet comme d'habitude. Je regrette d'avoir acheté des boîtes de papier avec Shopper. Je n'achèterais plus les boîtes de papier avec Shopper!!!
