flimsy tray, it bent from weight of the hands. Useless sliding mechanism and not sturdy when in place. I tried to use it for a while, ended up in garbage as it was way to impractical to use.

I can't use this for my standing desk, it is impossible to install. The middle bar for my standing desk interferes with the installation. I guess I just wasted a lot of money on this for nothing. :(

The keyboard tray works great. Losing all stars because the customer service is horrible. Contacted them 3 times since December 7th and they still haven’t issued a replacement for my missing products...

I have bought it to work with manual sit stand base from prime cables because minimum height for sit stand base is good for 6 feet tall person. However this tray cannot be optimally installed with the sit stand base from prime cable as there is a bar across sit stand base that blocks the installation of this tray. I moved the stand base as far as possible and was able to install the tray but portion of the tray mount is still outside the desk top and looks ugly and also could hurt fingers if not careful. The tray itself is nice if you just want to install on normal desk but not with the sit stand desk from prime cable. I was expecting that it should be mentioned on the description that it will not work with the sit stand desk since both products are from prime cable and most of the people will buy this tray to go with the sit stand desk Having said that l, I will still keep this tray as it is already installed and removing this will leave holes in my diy solid wood table top that took me a week to build and finish

The keyboard tray is not strong enough to hold while you are typing. So it keeps going down throughout the day. It does not worth it.
