Functionality of the unit once installed is great. However, we had a difficult time installing as the T-junction component included in the install kit was oversized (15/16") for our plumbing. After contacting customer service, they were not at all helpful I'm afraid and advised me to "go to Home Depot and get an adapter". Which we had already done and they didn't have a solution. So after a bit of online searching, came across the correct item to use to make this Bidet operational. Got it as a gift for my mom's birthday and she's been loving it. I personally have enjoyed it aswell even if it takes a little to get used to lol. It was also super easy to install and only took like 10 mins.

Easy to install and works fantastic. Wish the seat was a little bigger and flatter.

Solid bidet with very few issues. The main one being poor drying performance. The rest of the my machine works perfectly and for the price, not much to complain.

We bought this bidet and a toto. This unit is way better value at around a third of the price. recommended for sure. Cleaning action is much more thorough!
