It took me a while to get to the red ink working but once it was working, the colors were great and the cartridge fit perfectly.

Delivery was quick, no problem with Shopper+ service. Product works fine. No problems there. The only disappointment is the +/- 1 year life span statement by Brother which is hopelessly overstated. +/- 3 months would be more correct.

Delivered on time as promised. I have not used the carridges yet; will do that when existing cartridges run out of ink
