Nice little roller. It comes with a handy little case. Neet. It doesn't hurt when using this device. Instructions should stress a bit more about cleaning the skin and sanitizing since needles puncture the skin and might force bacteria into it. Otherwise, the product itself is interesting.

I have only used it twice so it is too early to tell any difference. It is very easy to use, only slight pinprick sensation when rolling over skin.
