I bought it for my truck mirror but found it just didn't do what I had hoped for. Perhaps on a SUV or car it might be better. Good quality though.

big than expected

Not really sure about this item. As advertised, it works well on the driver's side, but I feel that it is more important to be able to see the position of the car from the passenger side of the car. The unit doesn't work if it is attached to the mirror on the passenger's side because it would be below the window-thus you wouldn't be able to see it when sitting in the driver's seat.

Cheap. Seems useful. Difficult to tape onto proper position without help.
