This is the replacement for a faulty color cartridge and like the 1st one, it also does not work for the Lexmark X5690. My old empty color is recognized but not this one from you... A waste of my time and money . Very, very disappointed. Would like a refund please.

La cartouche d'encre, qui fait bien mcaniquement dans mon imprimante, est refusé par mon imprimante. Je reçois un message d'erreur et je ne peux rien imprimer même si l'alignement a été réussi. Comme la cartouche est ouverte et que c'est écrit que je ne peux pas la retourner, je sens que je me suis simplement fait volée mon argent car je ne peux pas l'utiliser ni la retourner.

La cartouche n'est pas reconnu par l'imprimante. Des essais ont été effectués à partir de 2 cartouches différentes. J'avais malheureusement acheté 3 cartouches et cela ne fonctionne pas. Mauvais achat.

The cartridge didn't last a month and was empty. I didn't print very much either.
