It seems fairly accurate. I tested this against the bicep cuff blood pressure monitors and the results were very close to each other. I am comfortable with the results that are shown. The blood pressure classification Indicator is useful for a quick glance to see where the results are. Do read the directions as they are slightly different from the "regular" bicep cuff directions...mainly the placement of the arm with the monitor. I recommend.

A good portable digital wrist blood pressure monitor with a carrying case that you can take with you anywhere. The readings are almost the same as my main one. The only downside is the compressor is very loud.
