I never had a problem with the Black Ink, however, I have had problems with the magenta and yellow . I will add they were replaced by 123 Ink without any hassle. They stand by their warranty.

Simple straight forward review. Product: Solid performance. Not quite the same quality as the genuine brand name ink but close. Easy to use, no hiccups with firmware errors. Granted I have not updated to the most recent firmware. If you're looking for a good quality product at a competitive price I would highly recommend giving this product a shot. I will definitely be using this product again.
