Have used 123ink for over 15 years. Always a great product for the various printers I've owned-- this combo-pack was no exception. Always a great price. Never a problem with quality. Fast delivery to my front door. And, when I changed printers and had some unused cartridges that would not fit the new printer, they took them back and gave me credit for them-- all I had to do was use their prepaid shipping label. Wow! That's service!

Everything went smooth, the price was great, shipping was fast and the ink works good. My only complaint was not with shopper plus but with fedex who dropped it on my steps without a knock on the door or press on the door bell and it was freezing cold outside, I’m happy I kept checking to see if it arrived and when the tracker said it had been delivered I found it outside, cold but not frozen.
